Wellness checks
We do in home and live in facility wellness checks
We pride ourselves on being there for our clients and making sure their wants and needs are met. We have made many wellness checks over the years making sure loved ones are healthy and happy. Family can’t always be there, so let us be there for you. E.M.C will treat your home with the respect it deserves. Rest assured all information will remain in your home and will not leave. In the event a in-facility wellness check is required for your loved one. We have great professional relationships with the different care homes in the area to make sure the best care is being provided. During the visit we can have a phone call set up for a Q&A with the caregiver and your loved one. E.M.C will then send an email with the information from the wellness check as well as resolutions to any issues that needed to be addressed.

Assistance with everyday living
Doctor Visits
E.M.C offers living assistance in many different ways. We offer private rides to the Doctor this includes picking up your loved one and bringing them back safely. We can go into Doctor appointments and relay information VIA phone, txt, or email. We can even do a live phone call in the Doctors office in the event that any issues or questions want to be addressed. All information will be held highly confidential and protected. We are here to help with any of your daily needs as well. Things like shopping assistance, taking walks, going to the park, family functions, social gatherings of all kinds, movie nights, and more. We can assist in some household chores, assist in meal preps, medication preparation, hygiene assistance, and much more. Please contact us today and we can start to assist and meet your daily needs.
Death Doula
Assistance in hospice transitioning
The term Death Doula is a newer concept now that in home hospice care is requested more and more. Providing the care for a loved one at home can be overwhelming and we understand this on a personal level. We have a certified Death Doula that comes out to your home.
